One of the tallest buildings in downtown Sandusky finds itself on a shortlist for structures poised to undergo a major transformation.

Battery Park Sandusky LLC, an affiliated entity of Marous Development Group, (“Marous”) based in Willoughby, Ohio, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and leasehold rights of the Battery Park Marina in Sandusky, Ohio.

Sandusky has been recognized as the best coastal small town in the country, by USA Today.

U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown recently made a visit to Sandusky to see the construction downtown, including the new City Hall building.

During Monday’s public meeting, city commissioners backed a financial package specifically tailored for project developer Marous to revamp and modernize the empty Feick Building on East Market Street.
